Design of Set Visuals & Graphics for GBTA Convention
This work was pre-production for a GBTA (Global Business Travel Association) Convention. There was a requirement to send clay versions of the set back and forth to the client tailored to their budget reflecting a higher and medium costing. The design of the two set options was also my responsibility and I worked with the Set Department of Blitz to ensure that I was using correct in-house pre-existing set elements, that sizing was all to correct scale and that the costings were accurate. Screen sizing and curvature was accurately worked out with the Video department and costed accordingly. All hired furniture was modelled and added to the scene to scale and costed. The final renders included actual lighting placements and costings worked on in conjunction with the Lighting Department. The second part of the job was to design the speaker support elements and templates.
